GamesDealer / BattleTech: Battle of Thunder Gulch (The Gray Death Saga Book 1)

BattleTech: The Battle of Thunder Gulch begins the story of a young captain confronting the great houses and becoming a mercenary. The first book, The Saga of the Legion of the Gray Death, like the next two, was written by William G. Keith back in 1986. The translation into Russian was carried out by Hobby World, and this team was able to prove that it is possible to carry out the work in such a way as not only to preserve the meaning, but to convey the entire atmosphere. How the events began Grayson Carlisle was still very young, but his ambitions did not allow him to sit still. By his own efforts, he wants to assemble a team with which he will conquer this world and make it fair. Already at the age of 10, he learned to control a combat robot, but then his father died, and a difficult path of survival began. Anyone can become a pilot, but not everyone is the best of the best. But this is precisely what the young warrior wants to achieve. Alone in the field - not a warrior At the beginning of his life, Grayson did not even think that one day he would become a professional mercenary. However, this was exactly the fate awaiting him - inside the MechWarrior, he fights with whom the customer tells him. Is this correct, or is it worth giving up and trying your hand in a different direction? Or maybe that was what Commander Carlisle was supposed to be? You will find answers to all these questions in this work.
